Country crooner Billy Ray Cyrus' bubbly daughter has stunned the U.S. pop charts for a second successive week after keeping Barry Manilow's covers album off the top of the Billboard 200. Miley Cyrus' Hannah Montana soundtrack has enjoyed a second 200,000-plus sales week to stay at the top of the charts, beating off a charge from Manilow's new release The Greatest Songs Of The Sixties, which debuts at two, selling just 1,000 copies less (202,000) than Cyrus' album.
