Former Blink-182 rocker Travis Barker has confirmed his estranged wife Shanna Moakler's claims he kissed Paris Hilton at a party on Saturday, claiming he regularly "tongue kisses" the socialite. Former Miss USA Moakler and Hilton had an argument over Barker at Los Angeles nightspot Hyde last month.
