Lindsay Lohan is worried about an upcoming role in which she has to talk with a British accent because she dreads her efforts being compared to Dick Van Dyke. Van Dyke's performance in 1960s movie Mary Poppins features a notoriously unconvincing London cockney accent, and Lohan is keen to avoid any comparisons with her turn in "A Woman Of No Importance."
