Sofia Vergara is engaged to her businessman boyfriend Nick Loeb.
The "Modern Family" star's on-again boyfriend, Nick popped the question during her 40th birthday celebration in Mexico.
The Colombian beauty was seen wearing the dazzling diamond on her ring finger in a Twitter photo (above) posted on Monday by her friend Fernando Fiore.
She and Loeb endured a brief breakup in May but rekindled their romance this summer.
Vergara has been married once before, to Joe Gonzalez, with whom she has a 19-year-old son.
