'Biggest Loser' Sam Poueu & Stephanie Anderson Getting Married This Weekend

Former Biggest Loser contestants Sam Poueu and Stephanie Anderson are getting married this weekend.

Poueu, who suffered serious injuries last year after falling four stories from a building, will finally tie the knot this Saturday in San Francisco.

"With what has happened over the last 7 months, we've had to refocus our energy and time," the couple write on their wedding website. "Now here we are just a short time away from our BIG day and we cannot be more anxious and excited to join together as husband and wife."

Poueu, a 25-year-old former security guard, and Anderson, a 31-year-old senior account executive with CBS Radio, fell in love when they were contestants on the NBC weight loss reality series. He proposed to her during the filming of a Biggest Loser special in October 2010.

Poueu has been in physical therapy in recent months after the harrowing fall that almost cost him his life.

"He's doing so well and he's ready to walk down the aisle with the love of his life," a source tells RadarOnline. "The wedding is Stephanie's dream come true, she is so happy to have good friends around her and the people that she loves and she'll make a beautiful bride!"
