Sofia Vergara Spoofs 'Hunger Games', Pokes Fun at Her Accent

Sofia Vergara Monologue

Modern Family star Sofia Vergara made her hosting debut on "Saturday Night Live" last night and killed it on many sketches.

During her monologue, the Colombian actress recalled how she was welcomed to America "with open arms and pulled-down pants."

"Forgive me if you cannot understand what I say," Vergara said, playing up her accent. "And I will forgive you for staring at my chest the whole night."

A spoof of the blockbuster movie The Hunger Games was hilarious with Vergara playing an obnoxious TV journalist.

Later in the show, she was joined by Penelope Cruz, played by Kate McKinnon, for a mock Pantene commercial.
