Nick Cannon's health troubles aren't over.

The 31-year-old who was hospitalized for kidney failure earlier this year, revealed that he had another health scare last week, involving blood clots in his lungs and an enlarged ventricle in the right side of his heart.

Cannon tweeted this morning, "The Doctors found blood clots in my lungs and said if I don't slow down and stop working so hard then it's a wrap!"

The "America's Got Talent" host announced that he's stepping down from his post as host of the "Rollin' with Nick Cannon" show at WXRK (92.3 FM) in order to get some much-needed rest.

"Under doctor's orders, I have been asked to put my health first and cut back on some of my professional commitments in order to allow my body to get the rest that it needs to keep up with the demands of my multitasking schedule," he said in a statement on the station's website this morning.

A father of nine-month-old twins with Mariah Carey, Cannon will continue his gig with 'America's Got Talent.'
