Ashley Biden Engaged to Dr. Howard Krein, Joe Biden's Daughter Getting Married

Ashley Bidenengaged to Dr Howard Krein

Vice President Joe Biden's daughter Ashley Biden is set to marry her beau Dr. Howard Krein.

"Ashley recently got engaged and the Vice President, Dr. Biden and the entire family are thrilled," the Vice President's office tells in a statement.

Ashley is the only daughter and youngest child of Joe Biden and wife, Dr Jill Biden. Joe has two son, Hunter and Beau from his first wife Neilia Hunter, who died in a car accident in 1972.

Ashley, 30, has been dating Dr Krein for a little over a year. Krein, a physician specializing in Otalaryngology and Facial and Reconstructive Surgery, proposed last month.

Ashley works as a social worker. In 2009 she was caught up in a media firestorm about a tape allegedly showing her doing cocaine.
