Julianne Hough Rocks Short Hair, Cleavage Baring Dress
Yep, that's Julianne Hough! The dancer-turned-actress switched up her look in a major way at the 15th annual Hollywood Film Awards in Beverly Hills on Monday night.
The 23-year-old Footloose star hit the red carpet in a a cleavage baring dress completed with a new hairstyle. The Naeem Khan dress was absolutely stunning, as was Hough.
Thursday, Hough stopped by Nine Zero One Salon in West Hollywood, where an onlooker tells PEOPLE she was "super bubbly, all smiles and happy."
"Hough explained that she won't work again until the new year, so now is the perfect time to repair the damage to her hair from so much recent styling," an onlooker said.
