ESPN Body Issue 2011 Pictures: Hope Solo, Gretchen Bleiler Get Naked
ESPN the Magazine is out with its latest "Body Issue," featuring photos of famous athletes in their birth suits.
Gretchen Bleiler, Hope Solo, Blake Griffin and Jose Reyes are the four athletes who appear naked on four different covers of the issue.
Soccer star and Dancing with the Stars' Hope Solo, who has an insanely toned body, says she's "honored" to be featured nude on the magazine's cover, because it celebrates "not just the athlete's body, but the female's athlete's body."
"Honestly, this is my word of the day: It's pretty liberating... although I still don't buy the idea that I'm a sex symbol," Solo adds.
ESPN "The Body Issue" arrives on newsstands Friday.
