Fantasia Barrino Pregnant With Her Second Child
Fantasia Barrino is pregnant!
The 27-year-old American Idol season-three winner announced that she is expecting her second child during a charity event in Jacksonville, Florida over the weekend.
"This child that I carry, God has given me this child. And I don't have to hide it from none of y'all," she told the small crowd.
Fantasia has not reveal the identity of the baby daddy, but, it's believed that her boyfriend, Antwaun Cook is the father.
Fantasia started dating Cook when he was still married to his wife Paula Cook. Last year, she admitted to having an affair with Cook and overdosed on aspirin in an apparent suicide attempt.
Cook is a former college football player from Charlotte, N.C. and has two sons, ages 4 and 1.
In December, Cook's wife Paula, a teacher, sued the singer for breaking up her marriage. Fantasia told the court that she didn't know that Cook was married when she began seeing him. She also revealed in court that she had previously become pregnant by him, but had had an abortion.
Fantasia daughter Zion will turn 10 next week.
