Sean Penn didn't look like he was missing his ex while celebrating Independence Day this weekend on a beach in Malibu.

The actor, 50, who recently broke things off with Scarlett Johansson, was spotted hanging out with a young brunette named Stacey Koplin.

Penn and his new girlfriend took a stroll along the sand and hit a jetski during the beach outing.

Last week they were spotted jogging together. Since then, Penn and Koplin have been photographed running errands together and holding hands around Los Angeles.
