Denise Richards adopted baby girl

Denise Richards is adding to her brood with a new daughter.

The actress, 40, recently adopted a baby girl from the U.S.

"Eloise Joni Richards is named after Denise's mom (Joni), and Denise and her daughters Sam and Lola chose the name Eloise," the actress' rep said. Her mother lost her battle with cancer in 2007.

"Denise and Eloise's big sisters couldn't be happier and feel incredibly blessed," the rep added.

Denise has two daughters -- Sam, 7, and Lola, 5 -- from her previous marriage to Charlie Sheen.

Congratulations to Denise and her happy little family!
