Chris Lambton and Peyton Wright: Engaged!
Chris Lambton --the 33-year-old landscaper who appeared on Ali Fedotowsky's season of The Bachelorette-- is engaged to Peyton Wright, a contestant on the season 10 of The Bachelor.
Lambton proposed over the weekend at his house in Cape Cod, Mass.
"He's a Southern gentleman at heart," Peyton, 27, tells Us Weekly of the romantic proposal. "Right after he did it, the entire family came over and joined us for a celebration at his house."
"I knew it the first day I met her - she walked in and I was like, 'Oh, my God,'" Lambton told PEOPLE. Fellow 'Bachelorette' contestant, Jesse Beck, introduced the couple.
"I love her and I'm so happy to be with her," Lambton said during a Bachelor reunion party in January. "And you know what, two good things came from this show: one, meeting Peyton and two, the strong friendships I made. I have no regrets about doing the show."
