Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris' wedding has been called off -- just 5 days before the ceremony!

According to reports, Hef's 25-year-old finacee moved out of the Playboy Mansion over the weekend after having a nasty fight with the 85-year-old Playboy mogul.

Multiple sources tell the TMZ that Crystal packed her things out of mansion and that the wedding, set for Saturday June 18, has been canceled.

"There are two mistakes one can make along the road to truth ... not going all the way, and not starting," Crystal tweeted early Tuesday.

This would have been the third marriage for Hefner...
