Tracy Morgan Under Fire for Anti-Gay Rant
Tracy Morgan reportedly went on a violent, homophobic rant during a stand up comedy routine in Nashville last week.
Morgan allegedly made a series of offensive jokes about gay people during his performance saying that he knew homosexuality wasn't biological because "'God don't make no mistakes.'
He went on to say that lesbians are women "pretending because she hates a f---ing man" and victims of gay bullying should stop "whining."
"He said if his son was gay he better come home and talk to him like a man and not [he mimicked a gay, high pitched voice] or he would pull out a knife and stab that little N (one word I refuse to use) to death," according to an eyewitness account.
Morgan issued an apology for the homophobic "jokes" saying he "went too far" and his act was "not funny in any context."
"I want to apologize to my fans and the gay & lesbian community for my choice of words at my recent stand-up act in Nashville," the comedian and "30 Rock" star said.
