Heidi Klum: Nude For Project Runway Ad
Heidi Klum is going nude to promote Lifetime's "Project Runway."
The former supermodel has stipped down in a new ad campaign for the season 9 of the fashion competition.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Heidi's decision to pose in her birthday suit was inspired by the cable network's push to embrace the contemporary woman, and to move away from the "woman in peril" stereotype that's often associated with Lifetime's original movies.
The network said its mission is to celebrate brazen, strong, confident and sexy female characters instead of ones in peril.. and having Heidi show off her supermodel body is one way to showcase all of the four attributes.
Project Runway season 9 will premiere this summer.
