How freakin' cute are Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka's twins?!

Harris shared a picture of their adorable twins on Twitter yesterday.

"Relaxing on a Sunday afternoon," he wrote. "My heart is full of love."

Harris, 37, and longtime partner David Burtka, 35, welcomed twins Gideon Scott and Harper Grace last October. They were born via a surrogate mother.

"The twins are wonderful," Harris told Us Weekly at the Beastly premiere in L.A. last month. "They're just about to start sucking their thumbs, so I can get rid of mine!"
