Carrie Ann Inaba Engaged To Jesse Sloan on Live With Regis and Kelly
Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba got engaged this morning on Live! With Regis and Kelly!
Inaba was hosting the show - filling in for a vacationing Kelly Ripa - when her boyfriend of two years, Jesse Sloan popped the question with a giant diamond sparkler.
"I struggle to find the words to express what you mean to me," Sloan, 39, told Inaba, 43. "You're an inspiration. You're everything to me. Will you marry me?" he asked.
"Yes," a teary eyed Inaba responded. "I will marry you."
Just moments earlier Inaba had clarified that rumors of her engagement were false - baring her naked ring finger before the camera. LIVE! guests Jake Gyllenhaal even gave Inaba a fake engagement ring.
Later, Gyllenhaal and fellow guest Howie Mandel joined the couple for a champagne toast.
PEOPLE reported, the engagement ring was a 2 1/2-carat, D-color, princess-cut diamond solitaire ring in platinum from Rafinity that contained both the bride and groom's birthstones.
