'The Bachelor' runner-up Chantal O'Brien visited Live With Regis and Kelly this morning to talk about Monday's emotional finale.

Chantal revealed the moment she knew Brad Womack was going to propose to her competitor, Emily Maynard.

"I felt pretty confident, but when I was in the limo [driving up to the proposal site], I thought 'it's too early for a proposal - they usually do this at sunset,'" the 28-year-old executive assistant from Mercer Island, Wash. told Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa.

Chantal was a frontrunner in the competition from the very beginning, when she slapped Brad across the faced on behalf of "every woman in America," on the season premiere.

"I've already gotten in trouble for all the violence so it's good I didn't [go there]," she joked with Kelly, who asked if she felt like kneeing Womack in the crotch after he ended their relationship.

Chantal did not receive the final rose, but she didn't have to wait long for love. She is already seeing a guy named Jeff Razore, who is said to work at Evergreen Capital Management in Seattle.

"When I went home I was obviously very hurt and trying to figure out what to do, and I happened to meet somebody totally unexpectedly," she said on the show. "I don't want to get all crazy but he's definitely everything I've been looking for."

I think Chantal is the show winner.  I feel sorry that Brad used her.  She asked him to send her home if she wasn't going to be the one, but he used her for his own pleasure to the very end. You're lucky you didn't get first prize Chantal.  I wish I had a grandson old enough for you.  I think you're a beautiful, smart, fun young woman who deserves better than Brad.  PS: When you pray at night, thank your parents for such good genes.

Although I think Chantal is a good hearted girl, she needs to grow up and start making better decisions. She does not have a realistic idea of life or love. She is spoiled and immature. She jumps into relationships to soon, gushing she's in love after 5 minutes of some guy flirting with her. A guys attention is not love. She has no values. She had an affair while she was still married. She is an attractive girl, but not intelligent. She's never had to prove herself, she works for her dad. She could use some therapy. I really loved her family. Dad was a smart man. He had talent in sports and went into business. He seemed genuine.
