Is Christian Slater dead?

The "Christian Slater death" rumor took off today courtesy of yet another faux news story from Global Associated News.

But Christian Slater is alive and well despite the rumor that he died in a snowboarding accident.

Coincidentally, Avril Lavigne, Owen Wilson and Eddie Murphy were also reported to have died in a snowboarding accident in Switzerland last month. But like Wilson, Lavigne and Murphy, Slater is alive and well.
