Turns out Bachelor Brad Womack hasn't just broken hearts -- he's also broken the law!

According to police records obtained by E! News, Brad was arrested in 1993 for forging a Texas driver's license. He was ordered to 180 days of probation for the felony forgery/counterfeiting charge.

But Brad's rap sheet doesn't end there. According to Star, he was also busted for passing a bad check and public intoxication.

Womack's past may have escaped the network's background check because he was going by the last name of his then-stepfather Charles Pickelsimer.

The above mug shot - updated in November 2009 - is on record with the Texas Department of Public Safety in Austin, which monitors the state's criminal convictions.

i dont see whay anyone wants to be with a person like him after he told the other 2 how he felt about the girl who left he is loster ,a man that has not grown up but we all have to learn.it made me not want to watch it anymore.i thank he is a big fake
