With Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding just weeks away, the royal wedding speculation is at fever pitch.

So, who is designing Kate's wedding dress?

The unnamed dress designer whose life is about to change for ever is still under wraps. But, the future princess' mother and sister were recently spotted at the London boutique of Bruce Oldfield, sparking speculation that he had landed the coveted assignment.

The London designer was a favorite of Prince William's mother, Princess Diana.

As for the wedding meal, it will be a traditional English affair, according to a former royal chef.

Prince William and Kate Middleton, who will tie the knot at Westminster Abbey on April 29 - have recently revealed some details about their wedding service and reception.

According to a press release, Middleton, 28, will travel to Westminster Abbey via car along a route that will include The Mall, Horse Guards Parade, Whitehall and Parliament Square.

The wedding service will begin at 11am. The Dean of Westminster will conduct the service, the Archbishop of Canterbury will marry Prince William and Miss Middleton, and the Bishop of London will give the address.

Once they're officially husband and wife, the couple will return to Buckingham Palace via horse-drawn carriage on a Processional Route..

Back at the Palace, Queen Elizabeth will host a reception for the newlyweds and "guests drawn from the congregation representing the couple's official and private lives."

In the evening, the groom's father, Prince Charles, is hosting a private dinner for the couple, followed by dancing, in a different part of the palace.

The royals and the Middleton family are footing the bill for the celebration, which has been designated a public holiday in Britain.
