Bianca Kajlich, Landon Donovan File For Divorce
Soccer star Landon Donovan has filed for divorce from his wife, actress Bianca Kajlich.
"We remain the closest of friends and will always be important parts of each other's lives," Donovan and Kajlich said in a joint statement.
In court papers obtained by AccessHollywood, Donovan, 28, cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. He is also seeking spousal support and legal fees from Kajlich.
Kajlich and Donovan, a member of the L.A. Galaxy team, wed on New Year's Eve 2006 at the Bacara Resort in Santa Barbara. The couple quietly split several months ago.
Kajlich, 33, currently stars on the CBS comedy, "Rules of Engagement."
