"America's Got Talent" winner Terry Fator, 45, wed his 21-year-old girlfriend, Taylor Makakoa on Wednesday afternoon at Lily Of The Valley Chapel in Las Vegas.

Taylor Makakoa, a model and actress, stars as Terry's stagehand in his Sin City show at The Mirage.

"We are so happy and looking forward to spending the rest of our lives together," the couple said in a statement.

The ventriloquist from Dallas won Season 2 of "America's Got Talent" in 2007 and its $1M grand prize. The following year, he signed a five-year $100M deal to headline a show at The Mirage hotel and casino in Vegas.

"America's Got Talent's" executive producer, Simon Cowell dubbed Terry "one of the most talented people on the planet" in a 2008 appearance on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."

Terry divorced his first wife, Melinda Fator, in early 2009 after 18 years of marriage. They married in 1991, after eloping. They have no children.

In an interview, Melinda said she was "blind-sided" by his request for a divorce. She said she and Fator agreed 20 years ago not to have children, but he came to her earlier this year and said he had changed his mind.
