Greyson Chance 'Waiting Outside The Lines' on Ellen (Video)
Greyson Chance, the 13-year-old singer who took the Internet by storm earlier this year with his rendition of Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi," premiered his first single, titled "Waiting Out The Lines," on Tuesday.
"The song comes from the heart and I hope and pray that my fans can use it to 'escape' from all the pressures of life," the YouTube sensation says about his new song. "I can't wait for everyone to take this journey with me."
Chance also wrote a song called "Purple Sky," which is about bullying issues.
"The whole meaning of the song is when kids are feeling these horrible things and people are calling them names and being so cruel and judgmental. I want kids late at night, when they're crying and they feel so low, to listen to the song and just go it's going to get better - it's okay," he explains.
Chance performed his first single on The Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier today.
