Rod Stewart's 30-year-old son Sean Stewart was arrested yesterday in L.A..

Sean was pulled over for a traffic violation in the San Fernando Valley on Tuesday when police discovered he had an outstanding warrant for driving on a suspended license. He was taken to a Beverly Hills jail and released a few hours later after posting $40,000 bail.

This isn't the first time Sean has had a run-in with the law. Sean, who was on Season 2 of "Celebrity Rehab," was accused of stealing his ex-girlfriend's car in 2008. In 2002, he was jailed for 90 days for attacking a man at a nightclub.
