Liu Wei lost his arms in an accident when he was 10. He touched a high-voltage wire and got shocked while playing hide and seek. But still, Liu decided to pursue his dream of becoming a musician, using his feet to play the piano.

He was crowned the winner of China's Got Talent on Sunday night at Shanghai Stadium after an inspiring performance of James Blunt's "You're Beautiful." He edged a 7-year-old stand up comic, Zhang Fengxi, into second place.

Liu will reportedly receive a recording contract with Fremantle Media and Sony Music Entertainment. He's also been invited to play as a guest performer with Taiwan singer Jolin Tsai.
