Kim Kardashian has said she regrets posing naked for Playboy in 2007, but the reality star has bared all again in the latest issue of W Magazine.

The 29-year-old, who rose to fame following a 2007 sex tape, appears in a revealing photoshoot for W magazine wearing nothing but silver paint.

The W magazine issue featuring Kim's sexy spread hits newsstands this Wednesday.
