Miss Kentucky Latina Daniela Gaskie Dethroned After Assault

The first "Miss Kentucky Latina," Daniela Gaskie has been stripped of her title and is facing felony charges after she allegedly stabbed a gas station attendant and beat up a pharmacist.

Authorities say, Gaskie became enraged at a gas station attendant and stabbed him in the neck with a pen. After that encounter, Gaskie started beating on a car in the parking lot. When the owner of the car, a pharmacist, came out to see what was happening, Gaskie attacked her.

The 59-year old pharmacist said, "She immediately kicked me with her knee into my abdomen and ripped at me and tore my glasses off and ripped my neck and scratched me and busted my lip, had a knot on my head. She was quite wild."

Daniela Gaskie, 22, was arrested last Wednesday in Richmond and is charged with two counts of assault.

The Miss U.S. Latina organization stripped her of the crown on Tuesday. The organization also discovered recently that Gaskie was married and according to the pageant officials, she was not even eligible for the contest.

Daniela is a very kind and just totally sweet girl.. I know this because she is a friend of mine. She told me what really happened and the fact that she is trying to live with this wild acuzation shows how good of a person she is. She did say that there will be soon a press release for the Lexington news 36, just in case anyone is interested. Her attourneys and her personal investigators will help her out and support her (along with her family and friends) at her court hearing. I just wish that people would be smart enought to ask the 5 W’s and how…..
People are stupid now days….
I support Daniela Gaskie and I know that she is innocent!!

Are you the same person leaving the same comment on all these websites??
As much as you try to defend her you can not change the obvious and I am sure she is a great person but that will not take away from her consequences. Regardless of the situation she was in there is absolute no reason why you should hurt anyone else! Sad to say I met with Mrs.Gaskie and she seemed unsincere and most definatley not honest nor real.
