"Biggest Loser" Sam Poueu & Stephanie Anderson Engaged
"The Biggest Loser" season 9 contestant Sam Poueu and Stephanie Anderson are engaged.
Sam, 23, proposed to Stephanie Anderson, 30, on Oct 4. while shooting a special for The Biggest Loser at the NBC show's ranch in Calabasas, California.
Sam, an aspiring trainer from Northern California, began dating radio saleswoman Stephanie by the third episode of their season, which aired earlier this year.
"Steph's amazing!" Sam told UsWeekly in May. "Her go-getter attitude really attracted me -- aside from her being beautiful on the outside!"
Added Stephanie, "You look for a partner who loves you for everything you are and everything you're not. And that, for me, is Sam."
The couple, who collectively lost 241 pounds on the show, now live in L.A.
