Brad Womack on Ellen : "I Would Walk Away" ..Again (Video)

On : 2010 Sep 28

Brad Womack, who is returning as The Bachelor 2011, appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday to talk about why he decided to take a second shot at finding love on the popular romance reality series.

In the interview airing today on Ellen, the 37-year-old admits that he had commitment issues when he appeared on the show the first time.

"More importantly, that (Bachelor) process is difficult," he tells Ellen DeGeneres. "I thought that I was as open as I was supposed to be and clearly I wasn't. I walked away and wound up all alone and left two girls standing there."

Womack, famous for rejecting both his finalists on season 11 of The Bachelor, is optimistic about finding love, this time. "I don't care if people call me an idiot or don't believe those words coming out of my mouth. I truly believe that it can work," he tells Ellen.

But, "I would walk away," he says, if he ends up in the same predicament as last time.

"Again?" DeGeneres asks.

"Absolutely," he replies. "I take this very seriously. I know it tough to believe it's a television show but...I am a completely different person. I don't want to visit that thought..."
