David Beckham to Sue In Touch Over Hooker Claims

David Beckham plans to take legal action against In Touch magazine over claims he slept with a high-priced hooker named Irma Nici.

In an interview with In Touch Weekly, the former "high-class call girl" Irma Nici claims she had a brief affair with David Beckham in 2007 and spills the dirty details of her sexual encounter with the married soccer star.

"It was a high," Irma, 26, who claims to have slept with him five times in 2007, tells In Touch. "All of these women dream of being with him, and I got to hook up with him. It was very exciting."

Kristin Davis, the infamous madam who played a key role in Eliot Spitzer's sex scandal, has backed Irma Nici's claims, telling In Touch,

"Irma called me and asked if I could supply one of my girls for a threesome. Per her request, I sent a 'brunette with curves' at the rate of $2,400 cash. The next time we spoke, she informed me that the client was David Beckham,"

David and Victoria are denying the claims and say that they plan on suing In Touch. A rep for the two says that the allegations -- which include a threesome and unprotected sex -- "are completely untrue and totally ridiculous."

"Sadly, we live in a world where a magazine can print lies and believe they can get away with it. We are taking legal action against the magazine," says the rep.

A source tells UsWeekly that David, 35, and wife Victoria, 36, will definitely "fight this. They're fed up with people trying to tear them apart. Their love is strong."

This isn't the first time Beckham has been accused of cheating on Victoria. Back in 2004, it was reported that Beckham carried on an affair with Dutch model Rebecca Loos during her tenure as his assistant. In 2009, he was linked to a Hungarian model Mariann Fogarasy.
