Justin Bieber was caught making out with Jasmine Villegas - the star of his "Baby" music video.
Bieber was photographed (gasps of gasps!) in the back of a Honda kissing 16-year-old Jasmine Villegas. The photos were taken on Thursday, September 9 in Venice, CA by a Canadian tourist.
The two had been rumored to be dating ... but they insisted they were just "really cool friends."
