Judge Calls Snooki A 'Lindsay Lohan Wannabe'

Snooki not as annoying as you thought, turns out she's just a "Lindsay Lohan Wannabe"!

Nicole Polizzi, better known to the world as Snooki from the MTV show "Jersey Shore," was fined $500 and ordered to perform community service after pleading guilty on Wednesday to annoying New Jersey beachgoers in late July.

In addition, Judge Murray called her a "Lindsay Lohan wannabe," and described her actions as "rude and self-indulgent," reports TMZ.

"Going through life rude, profane, obnoxious and self-indulgent - that's not the way you want to live your life," the judge told her during the sentencing. "Hopefully this incident will impress upon you that there are consequences to your actions."

Judge Murray said he didn't know if her antics were scripted, adding, if it was scripted Snooki needed to decide "if it was worth trading your dignity for a paycheck."

Prior to her sentencing, Snooki addressed the court and said, "I would definitely like to apologize to the Seaside cops, when I saw what happened and everyone told me what happened, I was very embarrassed," she said. "This was not like me and I've never been in this situation before."

Snooki Tweeted to fans just after her day in court: "Ah never again! So scary...thank you judge for understanding, I'm very thankful for that! Whew...now I can breath!"
