Video of Trapped Miners in Chile
Chilean authorities have released a video of the 33 miners who have been trapped for nearly two weeks 2,200 feet underground in Chile.
The miners appear to be in fairly good spirits despite their uncertain predicament. It was only on Sunday that they were discovered alive, though they'd been trapped since August 5. They have lost an average of 22 pounds each and dehydration remains a threat.
The video was recorded Thursday by a small video camera lowered into the mine through one of the three bore holes: the other two are used to supply food and water.
