Bio: 31, a preventive care coordinator and medical assitant from Lawrence, Mass. She is divorced. Height and weight: 5' 4" and 244 pounds. At 18 she married a man who she says was extremely possessive and jealous. The family drama that followed led her to turn to food. Eventually, they broke up. Elizabeth began to move on with life -- but then her husband was stabbed by a teenager who was trying to gain membership in a gang. Her ex was in a coma for months and although he regained consciousness, he will require round-the-clock care for the rest of his life. Elizabeth took it upon herself to begin providing it, partly out of guilt, partly out of a sense of duty, partly out of compassion. Then, doctors discovered that she had a tumor in her abdomen. Its removal made her take a close look at her heath.
