Jennifer Glassman Sues Teri Hatcher

Jennifer Glassman, a former employee of Teri Hatcher's production company, is suing the actress, claiming she was denied a promised 50% cut of revenue.

Glassman, a former a good friend of Hatcher, says she joined Hatcher's production company, ISBE Prods., in exchange for 50% of the profits. But Glassman didn't get the deal in writing. After joining the company, Glassman claims, she was asked to sign a blank contract as a "formality."

In her lawsuit, Glassman claims she handled duties above and beyond the usual, including running errands and handling Hatcher's "mood swings and unusual requests."

But Hatcher intentionally cut her out of the revenue-sharing deal just before the successful launch of her new venture - a website supported by Disney.

Glassman says Hatcher abruptly fired her and sent a mass email in February alerting business contacts that Glassman was no longer working with her.

Hatcher has since denied the allegations. "This lawsuit is based upon ridiculous fabrications and is completely without merit," Hatcher's rep says.
