Riley Keough - Elvis Presley's Granddaughter in 'Mad Max: Fury Road'
Riley Keough, granddaughter of Elvis Presley and daughter of Lisa Marie Presley, is set to star in Mad Max: Fury Road - the fourth film of George Miller's Mad Max series.
Riley, 21, has been cast as one of "five wives," alongside Zoe Kravitz, Teresa Palmer and Adelaide Clemons. Mad Max, played by actor Tom Hardy, protects the wives from the bad guys.
Riley made her big screen debut in "The Runaways", playing Marie Currie, the sister of Cherie Currie. She will be seen in the Vampire flick "Jack & Diane", in which she plays a teenage bicurious lesbian. She is also in "The Good Doctor" with Orlando Bloom. Both pics are due to be released next year.
Riley started her career as a model, appearing on the Dolce & Gabbana runway in Italy, at the age of 14.
In a recent interview, Riley said that she will not be following in her family in a music career. "Music is my favorite thing in the world, I grew up completely around it and I think it's one of the most important things to me but at this point I can't see myself doing that professionally. Luckily, for the most part I don't feel pressured," she said.
Riley is currently dating a Canadian bass player, Tobias Jesso.
