Jillian Michaels Weight Loss Product "Might Kill You" Claims Woman
"Biggest Loser" star Jillian Michaels was just slapped with her fourth lawsuit of 2010!
A woman only identified as R.D. is suing Jillian Michaels over her weight loss product that allegedly "might kill you."
R.D. claims Jillian's Triple Process Total Body Detox & Cleanse diet supplement contains a "potentially lethal combination of toxic ingredients" and it "might kill you."
In the lawsuit, R.D. claims ingredients in the product may cause "irreversible liver damage, gastrointestinal ulcers, dehydration" etc. One of the ingredients, Irish Moss Powder, allegedly is "so toxic that it is the gel commonly applied to aircraft wings to dissolve ice," the woman claims.
R.D. is suing Jillian and Thin Care International for more than $10 million for "actively and fraudulently" conspiring to hide the dangers of their product.
