Cinematographer Magdalena Gorka Sues Casey Affleck For Sexual Harassment
Magdalena Gorka, a cinematographer working on Casey Affleck's upcoming documentary, has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the filmmaker/actor, claiming Affleck climb into her bed while she was asleep and groped her.
The allegations come less than two weeks after producer Amanda White accused Affleck of making "uninvited and unwelcome sexual advances" during the filming of his Joaquin Phoenix documentary I'm Still Here.
Affleck, 34, is married to Joaquin's sister, actress Summer Phoenix (photo above), with whom he has two sons: Indiana, 6, and Atticus, 2.
