Kristina Hagan (Photos) Suing David Boreanaz For Sexual Harassment

Bones star David Boreanaz is being sued for sexual harassment by an actress named Kristina Hagan.

In the suit, filed by Gloria Allred, Kristina Hagan claims he sexually harassed her during filming of his TV show, "Bones," on August 21, 2009.

The suit claims David "attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away." The suit alleges David "unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated."

The suit also claims David told her he was trying to find a role for her, and he was "the boss" who could "make things happen for her."

Another encounter allegedly occurred with Hagan in David's trailer on September 29. Once again Hagan claims Boreanaz grabbed, kissed, and fondled her -- and then "masturbated in front of her."

In October, Boreanaz allegedly told Hagan "he and his wife had argued because there were reports of his infidelity" coming out -- and that he and Hagan would have to "cool it."

Hagan, a married mother of two, is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federal of Television and Radio Artists.

Earlier this year, Boreanaz admitted that he cheated on his wife of nine years, Jaime Bergman, while she was pregnant with their child. He also had an affair with Tiger Woods' mistress Rachel Uchitel.
