Taylor Swift is rumored to be dating Toby Hemingway, a 27-year-old British actor who stars in Taylor's upcoming music video.

"They met on the set of her music video and instantly connected," a source tells ZacTaylor.ca. "They both don't want to rush into anything too serious, so are taking it slow."

The Fearless singer was spotted out with Toby in West Hollywood recently. The two had breakfast at Lulu's restaurant before heading to pick up some art supplies.

In other Taylor news, the singer announced today via a live video chat that her new album, Speak Now, is coming out Oct. 25!

"Ever since we put out Fearless I've been writing this one," the 20-year-old said. "Through the past two years, I've been through a lot of things that I have been dying to write about and talk about. There were a lot of things that I wanted to say in the moment but couldn't, and this album is my opportunity to do that."
