Lebron James Sued By Leicester Bryce Stovell Who Says He's His Father

LeBron James and his mother Gloria James are being sued for millions by a man named Leicester Bryce Stovell, who claims he is the biological father of the NBA star.

Leicester Bryce Stovell, 55, claims that James and his mother tampered with DNA test results that would have proven he was the baller's father, according to TMZ.com.

Stovell claims he and Gloria had unprotected "consensual sexual relations" in 1984 after meeting in a Washington, D.C. area bar. He says he found out afterwards that Gloria was just 15-years-old at the time. He was 29.

Leicester claims Gloria went back to her hometown in Ohio after their one-night stand, but returned several months later to inform him she was pregnant with a boy named LeBron.

After more than 20 years, Leicester called Gloria in 2007 - when he began to think he could be LeBron's father ... partly because they look almost identical.

He took a DNA paternity test but the results showed he was not LeBron' dad. Stovell believes Gloria and LeBron tampered with the test.

He is now seeking $4 million from both LeBron and his mother for fraud, defamation and misrepresentation.

Stovell is a Princeton graduate, had a law degree from the University of Chicago. He works as a Senior Legal Advisor for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
