Jessica Simpson has a new man in her life!

Jess is reportedly dating former San Francisco 49ers tight end Eric Johnson.

A source close to the singer confirms that she's dating the former NFL player, telling PEOPLE the pair have been together for about a month. "She is happy that she found a great guy. She's really happy," the source adds.

Eric split from his wife Keri earlier this year and filed for divorce in February. Jessica was romantically linked to Smashing Pumpkins singer Billy Corgan late last year, following her break up with ex-boyfriend Tony Romo.
