America Ferrera is engaged to marry longtime boyfriend Ryan Piers Williams, her rep confirmed earlier today.

America and Ryan first met when they were students at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles; he cast her in his student film. The two have been living together since 2007.
The Ugly Betty star, 26, showed off her beautiful diamond ring when she attended the opening film of The Edinburgh Film Festival on Wednesday.
