Miley Cyrus Fires Back At Perez Hilton Over Crotch Photo

Gossip blogger Perez Hilton recently posted - then removed - a paparazzi photo of Miley Cyrus getting out of a car in a short white dress. The uncensored upskirt picture seemed to depict the 17-year-old without underwear.

"If you are easily offended, do NOT click here," Perez tweeted. "Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!"

Perez removed the offending tweet after facing widespread outrage and issued a video statement claiming the controversy is fake.

"Miley was clearly wearing underwear," Perez said in a video posted on his blog. "Do you think Miley is that stupid to be out in public without panties?"

"Do you think I'm stupid enough to post a photo of Miley if she's not wearing any underwear down there?" Perez, real name Mario Lavandeira Jr., said.

Cyrus, herself, blasted the release of the photo: "That's some idiot being an idiot," she told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show. "Isn't it funny that things like that, that are so negative have to come out right before my record?"

At 17, Cyrus is still a minor, so Perez could potentially face child-pornography charges.
