'Touchdown Jesus' aka 'Big Butter Jesus' Burns Down (Video)

A giant statue of Christ in Ohio, known as Touchdown Jesus and Big Butter Jesus, was struck by lightning and burned to the ground on Monday night.

The six-story-tall depiction of Jesus with his arms raised had stood since 2004 at the Solid Rock Church in Monroe, north of Cincinnati.

The sculpture, 62 feet tall and 40 feet wide at the base, was constructed on a metal frame using styrofoam covered by a thin skin of fiberglass.
