Gabriella Nagy, a resident of Toronto, is suing Rogers Wireless Inc for $600,000 for "invasion of privacy and breach of contract,"

Gabriella says the cell phone company exposed her extramarital affair by sending her account statement -- which showed several hour-long phone calls to a single phone number -- to her husband.
