The tween world came to a screeching halt when Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber were spotted on a dinner date in LA Monday evening.

But, are Justin and Miley actually an item?

"Not really," Justin tells Ellen DeGeneres during an appearance on her talk show. "Like, I'm dating around, hanging out with girls, but not really dating."

"Like hanging around with Miley Cyrus?" DeGeneres asked.

"Just like hanging around with people ... just hanging out. Yeah, and just people ..." Justin said.

As for his hairdo, Justin says he doesn't spend much time to achieve his look, "It all comes together. Like five minutes. Like, seriously," he said. "People are always like, 'Yeah, right.' I get out of the shower, I blow-dry it and then it's done in like five minutes."

i think they should date they would make a goo d couple they both sing both celebrities and they are like regular people she auditioned for hannah montana then became a celeb he got discovered off of youtube by usher. it would be so cute if they started there own youtube show they could name it milstin show for miley and justin love ya jus ceepin it real
